These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Needles & Spins Ltd Online Shop (http://www.needles-and-spins.co.uk).

This shop is owned and run by Needles & Spins Ltd. If you buy goods from this shop  you are buying them from Needles & Spins Ltd. Needles & Spins Ltd is responsible for maintaining the shop content and for fulfilling online.

Please read through these terms and conditions and if you do not agree with them do not use this shop. If you do access the shop, and / or place an order, by doing so you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

How to Order

All orders must be placed online through the website using the shopping basket facility provided. Please do not e-mail your card details to us directly. We can’t take responsibility for the security of your card details if given this way.

Pricing Policy

All products on this website are priced in pounds sterling. For sales delivered to UK addresses prices include VAT at 17.5%. Postage is included in the price for sales to mainland UK delivery addresses. An additional charge is payable for overseas delivery addresses.

Unfortunately we do not accept orders from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Morocco, Turkey, Yugoslavia and Indonesia

Method of Payment

You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Switch, Delta, cheques, or postal orders through the website via Paypal or Nochex. Orders will only be processed if you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card together with the postcode / zip code that appears on your card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Needles & Spins Ltd for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website.

Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.

Delivery

Goods are usually delivered by Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Where there is a choice of delivery method you will be asked which you would prefer. Sometimes alternative couriers will be used, particularly for heavy and expensive items.  For your reassurance and ours whichever method is used, we only use services which will fully insure your goods and which require a signature on delivery.

You will be informed of the delivery method via the online shop prior to dispatch, and goods are normally dispatched within 7 working days following receipt of your order. The maximum period for delivery is 30 days unless specifically agreed with you separately.
 
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time please contact Customer Services by e-mailing enquiries@needles-and-spins.co.uk, or by telephoning Customer Services on +44 (0)115 877 0781  quoting your order reference number.

Out of Stock

It is our aim to maintain stock of most items shown on the website. However we do not hold stock on all of the items shown as some of them must be special ordered from the manufacturer.  If an item must be special ordered, you will be informed when you place the order and given an estimated delivery date.

If you have ordered a number of products and one or more of these is out of stock, your delivery note will indicate a part order and goods marked ‘To Follow’ will be forwarded automatically as soon as they are available.

Return of Goods

Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) within 30 days after receiving the goods if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. In this event please contact Customer Services by e-mailing enquiries@needles-and-spins.co.uk before returning items to:

Items must be unused and must be accompanied by the original delivery note. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods intended for a refund reach us safely and in their original condition. Contact our enquiries department to discuss the best delivery method, as it is important that, whichever delivery method you choose must include adequate insurance to the value of the item and that the item be signed for on delivery.

Refunds (including our delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. For faulty or incorrect items we will refund any reasonable costs that you have incurred returning the goods to us. This will be paid by cheque which will be sent to you by post.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellations

We aim to meet the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please contact Customer Services by emailing enquiries@needles-and-spins.co.uk as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you have already received the goods you must return them following the instructions detailed above.

Refunds (excluding delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. Refunds are not given for the cost of return postage ans insurance for un-wanted goods.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be sent to Customer Services by emailing enquiries@needles-and-spins.co.uk. Alternatively, you may telephone Customer Services on +44 (0)115 877 0781, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We aim to acknowledge any complaint made through the website by email within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.

Data Protection and Privacy

Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any questions regarding our privacy policy should be directed to Customer Services by emailing enquiries@needles-and-spins.co.uk .

Needles & Spins Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We use this information for website maintenance, order fulfilment and customer services purposes only. To place an order we request contact information for order fulfilment and customer services purposes (such as name, email address, delivery address and telephone number). The information that we collect may be used to contact you in case of difficulty in processing an order or to investigate customer services issues. Financial information (such as credit card number and expiry date) is collected and held securely by Paypal Europe Ltd (www.paypal.co.uk) or by Nochex Ltd (www.nochex.co.uk) on our behalf.
