Refunds/Returns/Cancellations Policy
1. Goods can be returned for a full refund (excluding delivery charge) within 30 days of receiving the goods should you choose to cancel your order. They must be returned unused, in their orginal condition in their original packaging. Refunds are not given for the cost of return postage and insurance for un-wanted goods.
2. Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) within 30 days of receiving the goods if the wrong item has been dispatched, although of course if you contact us we will endeavour to ensure that your items are replaced with the correct items should you prefer.
3. Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) within 30 days of receiving the goods if the goods are faulty. We will again endeavour to ensure that the item is replaced with a working item should that be your preference. Outside the 30 day period but within the warranty period we will replace or repair your item.

In the case of cancelled and incorrect orders, items must return to us as they arrived with you, unused and must be accompanied by the original delivery note. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods intended for a refund reach us safely and in their original condition complete with all original packaging. Contact our enquiries department to discuss the best delivery method, as it is important that, whichever delivery method you choose must include adequate insurance to the value of the item and that the item be signed for on delivery.
Refunds for faulty goods and incorrect orders (including our delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. For faulty or incorrect items we will refund any reasonable costs that you have incurred returning the goods to us. This will be paid by cheque which will be sent to you by post.

We aim to meet the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will accept cancellations up to 30 days as stated above, so long as they are returned to us unused and in the original packaging.
